User Content & Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service (R code, data files, projects).
  • By using the Service, you grant Amygware s.r.o. a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service — including transmitting it to third-party AI providers for generating responses.
  • AI-generated code and responses are provided "as is" without any warranty of correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated output before use.

R Code Execution

  • R code runs entirely in your browser via WebAssembly. You are responsible for the code you execute and its results.
  • The browser-based R environment has limitations compared to a desktop R installation (e.g., restricted package availability, memory constraints).
  • We are not responsible for any consequences of code execution in your browser.
